So the red head motor is flying in South Africa, So what! 

Well i have to say i have flown a bunch of engines in the past and been impressed by a few and disappointed by others. This Red Head 180cc Motor i received 2 weeks ago is pretty darn good. It is one of the cheapest in its class and it delivers more than i was expecting. The Motor is a very basic configuration using reduction belts and a pull starter. The exhaust is tuned and once it is all assembled and mounted looks pretty darned good. You must remember this is one of the cheapest engines on the market though. The power we got from this little unit was well unexpected.

I was not expecting to be thrown into the air, but rather to have to run the motor into the air. The owner of the unit is 101kg and on his Roadster Wing is literally plucked up into the sky like he was riding one of the reverse Bungy rides at the carnivals.  The motor is  smooth for a single cylinder and with some tuning and leaning out the rich running engine will become better. It is new so a richer setting is used. Well not much more on this engine other than if you want one we are selling them and the price is great. You can fit it to the same frame as the Black Devil  it apparently has the same bolt pattern.
