Flying Unlimited / DMB Factory

2007 - 2010

Photos

Flying Unlimited's Sister company DMB Development was started as the current facility in June 2007. The way the company started was from the development of the first prototype of the now nDiza trike. Then called the Saber. After having made the first trike that Hans Jansen was the proud owner of and flew many hours in. We then managed to secure a small contract to manufacture 32 box trollies out of aluminum and then LCD screen brackets to fit onto dry walls and suspention brackets for the same LCD screens.

From this we secured more work and this started to fund the company to purchase the machinery and staff that would be able to produce the products we market. This also lead to the development of our Mamba PPG range and the nDiza trikes as you know today. The next development was to open our Signage company called DMB Signs. This addition to the group of companies made it possible to brand our own equipment as well as our new clients work. The sign company is able to produce stickers, banners, car branding and much more.  From this we progressed to a full CAD  solutions company too and invested in a 3D Rapid Prototype printer, this investment has been key in the development of the new Throttle system we have developed and are able to flight test at much lower costs than producing a mold and then finding that something may not work and we will have to modify the molds. Currently we have saved about R300000 by using this printer to develop out 2 throttles. The standard cabled version and now soon to be released wireless version. This will have a saving for you in the long run.

The solid works software has been key to the development of the new PPG that we are advertising and selling well. the new Stratus, Cirrus, Cumulus & Nimbus. We also use this software now extensively to develop new products for our clients in the car accessories business.

If you have any product you require developement, proto-typing, printed or manufactured feel free to call us.
